The 56-year-old actress looked elegant in a plunging black gown as she arrived at the home of Honorary Chair Dinho Diniz – venue for Sáo Paulo’s 4th Annual amFAR Inspiration Gala.
Sharon’s sleeveless design was pulled in at the waist, revealing a nicely toned body as she posed for photos as proceedings got underway on Friday night.
But it was the star’s timeless quality that caught the eye, and her natural beauty appeared to be accentuated by a very subtle use of make-up.
Despite her youthful appearance, twice married Sharon, whose sex symbol status was sealed after she played psychotic, sex obsessed novelist Catherine Tramell in 1992 film Basic Instinct, recently admitted that looking young has never been a priority.
‘This idea that being youthful is the only thing that’s beautiful or attractive simply isn’t true,’ she told Shape magazine. ‘I don’t want to be an ‘ageless beauty.’ I want to be a woman who is the best I can be at my age.’
