The hypocrisy of Pastor Lawrence Khong

First, we hear of him firing a 7 months pregnant woman without due compensation for committing adultery when his own daughter, Priscilla Khong, all sexy in bikini and heavily tattooed, can still be a pastor in his own church when she is single mother and had him a grandchild as a result of pre-marital sex!

Next, Lawrence Khong proclaims on Facebook "I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH MOM THAT THERE IS INSUFFICIENT GROUND FOR HER TERMINATION AND I AM PREPARED TO SACRIFICE MY LIFE AND EVERYTHING I HAVE TO MAINTAIN THIS POSITION."

The next thing we know, the all supreme gung-ho Pastor Lawrence Khong, pays up the $7000 owed to the lady who got unfairly terminated as instructed by MOM thereby admitting that FCBC was in the wrong to terminate the woman. So what ever happened to sacrificing his life and maintaining his position??!!

All these pastors of megachurches only know how to talk big, talk beautiful and talk cock.

Religious men corrupted by fame and wealth

These men claiming to be messengers of God or some divine force are only getting more wayward. A man who claims to be a messenger of God refuses to pay maternity benefits to a staff who was sacked because of her extra-marital affair. But yet, Lawrence Khong of FCBC employs her daughter, Priscilla Khong, a single mother, as a pastor of the same church. Why the double standard?

And while the clerical staff is deprived of her measly $7000 in salary and maternity benefits, Lawrence Khong struts around his designer clothes and strokes his 4 ponies stabled at the Singapore Polo Club.

Till today, the clerical staff whose baby will turn 1 year-old this November, has not received a single cent from FCBC who claims to be doing this to maintain their "moral and spiritual authority". What sort of moral authority sacks a pregnant woman and withhold money that is due to them?

While some are decked out in the latest fashion, others prefer to don their religious robes thinking that they can be above the law. The so-called Venerable Meow Di, who is said to be a disciple of the famed monk, Hong Chuan, is actually just a middle man for a casino deal! Businessman Chua Kwee Sin, who looks like an underworld boss btw, is suing the monk after giving the monk more than $1mil for an investment in a casino venture in Cambodia that never happened.

Appearing in the court dressed in his robe, he only reminds us for another famous monk gone wayward, Ming Yi, who keeps a stable of his male personal assistants and loans them money frivolously.

Our local newspaper new source information – Anonymous Erotic blog

Just a few days ago, WanBao published an article summarising an erotic blog written by a so-called university undergraduate who had an affair with a married man. Many people started googling for the image of the “mistress” and it got some people talking about the blog, themistressof.blogspot.com (no point searching cos it has been removed). With more and more people getting frustrated with the influx of FT, it does not help that this so call “mistress” is an Indonesian and didn't show any sense of remosefulness until she found herself a steady boyfriend.

I wonder when had our local newspaper started writing article based on people's blog, not to mention that we do not even know if what is written is on the blog is real or frictious. We all know that WanBao is more like a tabloid and more for entertainment purposes but this time, I guess they really ran out of things to write in order to drive up the sales of the newspaper. Anyway, if this is the direction that they are going henceforth, I'm sure they will never run out of things to write. However, wonder if there would some folks that had really taken what they wrote seriously.
